Dr Giulia Gaggioni
Giulia is currently a postdoctoral research assistant at the Chronopsychiatry Research Group (University of Edinburgh). Her research focus is human circadian neuroscience with a penchant for evolutionary theory of sleep. She is currently working on the Sleep, circadian rhythms and mental health in schools (SCRAMS) project, and she completed a PhD in Neuroscience (University of Liège, Belgium) investigating the effect of sleep homeostasis and circadian processes on the human cortical activity.
